On May 6, 2009 COMBA formally submitted suggestions and requested significant change in JCOS yielding regulations, education efforts, and enforcement methods. Those suggestions can be read in full here.

In June, JCOS proposed new language to regulation 6.4.1.C.25, and asked for public comment by July 6. COMBA's response to JCOS' proposed language can be read here.
