The U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management are seeking volunteers to serve on the Rocky Mountain Recreation Resource Advisory Committee. They particularly need members who can represent non-motorized guides, state tourism and tribal interests. They have extended the application deadline until July 27.

Sunday, June 13, the Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew will be making a stop in Colorado and hosting a build event at Golden Bike Park in conjunction with the Colorado Mountain Bike Association.

I need your help with the Colorado Hidden Gems Wilderness Proposal and IMBA's work with Congressman Jared Polis. I once served as IMBA’s president and have recently taken a staff position to help with Wilderness proposals all over the country. There has never been a more important moment to support bike-friendly land protection in Colorado — I hope you will support the Colorado campaign that I am organizing.

Please join COMBA in helping The City of Lakewood and trail adopter Kevin Noel rebuild sections of Box o' Rox trail at William Frederick Hayden Park on Green Mountain. We will be meeting at 8:00 AM on Saturday June 12th at the Rooney Road parking lot on the west side of C-470 and Green Mountain. Please be at the trailhead and ready to go at 8:00 AM.

58 volunteers joined us through the weekend of May 22nd and 23rd in Buffalo Creek for camping and trail building! We were able to complete a new section of trail connecting Charlie's Cutoff to the new section of Homestead trail completed last year. In addition to the work on Charlie's Cutoff, we put a half-mile of singletrack climbing toward the top of the ridge through incredible sections of granite where the black diamond descent will begin. Thank you again to all of our hard-working volunteers for a job well-done.
